Booking
You can either book your customers in the system yourself or allow the customer to do it themselves through the online booking, at home or in-store. For customers who don't know what's wrong with their bike, you have the ability to provide direct feedback in FIXI with suggested actions and costs once you've inspected the bike. Many customers today prefer to book online. It's easy, educational, and convenient, even on the go.

Campaigns
Easily create campaigns and increase sales without advertising costs using the built-in SMS service in the system. Send reminders when it's time for service or run a campaign before the new season. It has been shown that more than half of the customers respond to the offers, which increases your turnover in a simple way.
SMS
Improve customer relations through the built-in SMS function. Reminders, campaigns, and cost proposals can be easily sent through a form in the system, and the customer receives them as SMS and email.
Pickup
If you have chosen to work with the "pick up/drop off the bike" service, it's easy to schedule times that suit the assigned driver for the task. If you don't have the service but want to add it to increase customer satisfaction, we can help you find a solution.
Marketplace
Use our online store for new and/or used bikes. Just add the link to your existing website, and the customer will go directly to your unique Marketplace page. Here, the customer can also pay directly, whether they are at home or in-store. Then you just need to agree on the delivery of the bike, either through pickup or delivery.
Payment
The booking service is based on the customer paying at the time of online booking. If there are any additional costs for the customer, they can easily use the built-in SMS service to approve and pay the amount directly. To make it even easier, the customer can choose to accept a predetermined amount for repairs/parts from the beginning without the need for further feedback.
Follow-up
The system includes various reports that allow you to keep track of the most important key figures. This way, you can easily monitor your progress.
Rescued Bikes
Save a bike! The bike is free; you only pay for the repairs. Contact Fixi if you need help finding the right bike for you.
